Sydney Jewish Museum

In the name of tolerance.
The main aim of the Sydney Jewish Museum is to explain and show the Holocaust. The mix of photographs, texts and recordings of those who survived will elicit strong emotion in visitors. Thanks to the authentic documents, the visit of this museum is educational. The second challenge was to allow visitors to take a walk through Jewish history with its founding texts and traditions. Finally, the museum traces the arrival and emergence of the Jewish community in Australia. You can even see a virtual day in the life of a Jew from the 1840s. This educational and original museum has succeeded in its mission to promote tolerance and fraternity.
